Shopping Cart Help Screen

Price for cut fabric is by the yard. All prices are noted as US Dollars. Choose from the drop down box the quantity of fabric you desire then click the 'add to cart' icon. Note: The minimum amount for yardage is 1/2 yard for most fabric shown on the website. If 1/2 yard is selected, the price for the fabric will be 1/2 of what the fabric is by the yard. In the example above, the price of $8.50 is the cost of 1 yard of fabric. Choosing 1/2 yard of fabric from the drop down box will order 1/2 yard at a rate of $4.25 for the 1/2 yard.

The quantity in basket will change from none to 1 when the 'add to cart' icon is pressed. If you accidently press the 'add to cart' icon more than once, the quantity in basket will increase accordingly. You can always adjust the quantity in basket when you view the cart as seen below. When a selected fabric is on sale and a promotion code is required, enter the promotion code in the promotion code field shown above. Note if a Coupon Code is required for a sale, you would enter the coupon code on the "Payment Screen" shown on the bottom of this page.

When ordering fabric yardage, the cart will show the cost for the first yard of fabric on the first line for that fabric and is noted in the Price/Ea field.

The total yardage ordered will appear under the name of the fabric. Any amount of fabric over 1 yard will show the cost for that amount on the 2nd line.

In the example above, 1 ¾ yards of Moda Marbles Sapphire has been ordered as noted on the 2nd line. The Quantity field shows 1. The Price/Ea represents the price for the first yard of the marble fabric which is $7.50. The $5.62 shown on the 2nd line represents the charge for the additional ¾ yard of fabric.

The 2nd item ordered is Nature’s Notebook fabric which shows an amount of 2 ½ yards on the 2nd line yet there is a 2 in the Quantity box. You can see that since there is a 2 in the quantity field the Total Price for this fabric is showing $15.80 on the first line for this fabric and $23.70 on the 2nd line. The $15.80 is the cost for 1 yard priced at $7.90 multiplied by 2 (noted in the quantity field.) The $23.70 on the 2nd line is the cost of the additional 1 ½ yards of Nature’s Notebook fabric at $7.90/yard multiplied by the 2 shown in the quantity field. The 2 in the quantity field can be changed to a 1 if the add to basket was accidently pressed twice. You will need to press the update button to change the quantity field.

The third item ordered is the Marble Jelly Rolls. Products that are sold in whole units will always show just one line and no amount field. The Quantity field represents the number of units you want of the product. The Price/Ea is the price for each unit while the Total is the cost for the unit multiplied by the number in the quantity field. You can change the units in the quantity field if you want more or less that what is showing in the field.

Changing the quantity to 1 for the Natures Notebook fabric and the Jelly Roll will modify the basket as shown below.

Enter address information on the check out screen and press the Continue button located in the bottom right corner.

The "Payment Screen" below instructs on how to indicate the shipping point, payment method and where to enter coupon or gift certificate codes.

Shipping cost will be adjusted if the package can be shipped in a smaller flat rate envelope or box than what the shopping cart calculates. Due to the thick nature of some of the fabric that is higher priced, the shopping cart may over estimate shipping cost.
