We will contact you by email when the preordered fabric is available for shipment at which time you can order

Prices for cut fabric is by the yard. All prices are noted as US Dollars. Choose from the drop down box the quantity of fabric you desire then click the add to cart icon. Note: The minimum amount for yardage is 1/2 yard for most fabric shown on the website. If 1/2 yard is selected, the price for the fabric will be 1/2 of what the fabric is by the yard.
The quantity in basket will change from none to 1 when the add to cart icon is pressed. If you accidently press the add to cart icon more than once, the quantity in basket will increase accordingly. You can always adjust the quanity in basket when you view the cart.

Note there are a few fabrics where there is not a drop down box to choose the fabric quantity from. If there is not a drop down box, just order as instructed on the product screen.
No items are returnable unless approved first by the Suzzetts Fabric, Quilts and More, LLC staff. If the mistake is ours, we will pay for
return shipping, otherwise it will be your responsibility
to send it back. There are NO returns on books or patterns.
At Suzzetts Fabric, Quilts, and More, LLC we are determined to make
your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible.
We will gladly refund or replace any defective or incorrect
merchandise as long as they are returned to us in the
same condition in which you received them for a period
of 15 days after receipt. Books, Magazines and Patterns
are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues. For canceled orders that are not shipped there will be a 5% restocking fee for any fabric that has already been cut.
It is difficult to know how your monitor screen is
going to display the colors in the fabrics in our store.
There are so many brands and settings in cyberspace,
we cannot be held responsible for variances in colors.
We try very hard to provide accurate scans so you will
get exactly what you see. We also go to great lengths
to describe the different fabrics so that you can make
your selection.
Pricing errors do occur on occasion due to electronic transfer of data and human error. When this occurs, I will honor the price for one unit of the item and charge the appropriate price for the remainder of the units. For example if the price of a Layer Cake shows up as what should have been the price of a Charm Pack instead of the Layer Cake, I will honor the lower price for one Layer Cake and charge the appropriate price for subsequent Layer Cakes.

Note the postage table reflects rates I have to charge for multiple Scrap Bags and other precuts which may not fit in a flat rate envelope. If I can fit your purchase in a priority mail flat rate envelope, I will charge $5.40 for USA orders. Note: effective 1/2/2011 the US Post Office began requesting that flat rate envelopes not be bulky. For this reason I have updated the shiping charges according to the above table. I will continue to adjust the shipping charges as much as possible. Texas delivery charges are generally less than those stated in the table as well since I will ship by weight for less in most cases.
Orders under $9.00 will ship by regular USPS mail for $3.00 and thus are not insured or tracked. Shipping non-priority is at your risk and will not be tracked. If you want your package to be insured and tracked, your package must be shipped priority mail. I can not be responsible for remailing non-priority mail. Please email me and I will adjust the postage to the $5.40 priority mail rate that is tracked and insured.
Note: I can generally get 15 yards of regualar 100% cotton fabric in a Regional Flat Rate box which ships for less than $11.00 in the Continental USA.
We do our very best to ship every order within
24 hours.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday. We ship via USPS Mail within the continental US with expected delivery in 2 to 5 days. If you are outside the continental
US ( Alaska and Hawaii), we will use USPS Priority mail.
If you select USPS Express Delivery, there will be an
extra charge to your account for the overnight delivery
charges incurred. Orders $130.00 and over will require an additional insurance charge. I will not charge more for shipping than shown in the shopping cart unless the cost is more due to the size of the package. For example, pre-quilted, sale fabric ordered in bulk, flannels and cuddle cloth fabric are more bulky than regular 100% cotton fabric and will not fit in a flat rate envelope or ship for less than priority mail in most cases and therefore additional postage will be charged. Quilts and large packages will generally be shipped via parcel post via USPS and not by priority mail unless requested due to the high cost of shipping bulky heavy packages.
Sales with delivery inside the state of Texas will be charged sales tax at 8.25%. If your Texas sales tax rate is less than 8.25%, please send me an email and I will adjust the tax rate accordingly.
International
We charge the same shipping rate that the US post office
charges. Please indicate postage delivery to Canada or Other Countries via USPS when ordering for international delivery. Shipping charges are estimates only
therefore your order will be charged according to actual post office rates. For example:
an International Flat Rate Video Box holds up to 7 yards of
quilting fabric and costs about $16.95 USD to ship internationally except to Canada which is $12.95 USD. Precuts and thicker fabric may not fit into a flat rate envelope/or video box therefore will ship according to package size. All cost indicated on the website are in US Dollars. International orders outside of Canada have an estimate of 1 to 3 weeks delivery via USPS. Canada delivery via USPS is estimated to be 2 to 5 days. Note: Insurance and package tracking are not available for international orders mailed via flat rate envelopes or small flat rate boxes. If you want to insure (at your cost) an international package, you must email a request to insure your package and ship in appropriate packaging. You can view the cost for mailing an international package on the USPS website.
For International shipments payment is only accepted
through Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. No money orders or personal
checks. International orders pay USPS posted US Mail Global
shipping costs with a minimum charge of $5.50. I will not lie on the customs forms
to say that your items are gifts or are valued at less than the cost you paid for the goods, so please do not ask
me to - it is against the law. If you have questions
about ordering, please contact me by e-mail before processing
your order. We do send frequently overseas and are happy
to; we just want you to know how we operate.
